3 Bedrooms In Main Home and Two Studio Homes, Lush Gardens, Jacuzzi.
Our “Willow of Sedona” property includes three buildings. This property incorporates the principles of feng shui (design creating harmony in furnishings, layout and landscape) to create an environment that promotes harmony, serenity, creativity and vitality. The main house has 3 bedrooms all of which has a queen size bed in each (5 rooms with 5 queen beds on property); kitchen with high end appliances; a dining room; living room with flat screen tv and fireplace that burns wood; a large “sun room” with washer/dryer, lounging sofa bed, plants and some workout equipment. There are 2 very private studio homes as well with full appointments. All facilities have heat and air conditioning units. The property is situated on lush grounds with gardens, ponds, meditation areas, porches, jacuzzi tub, outdoor seating and barbecue grill. Parking on the property will fit 4 vehicles comfortably. There is a carport that can accommodate 2 vehicles.
Main house: the beds in the main house has three bedrooms and three queen beds. There are two bathrooms in the main house and the guest bathroom has a state of the art sauna built in. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower. Floors are beautiful hardwood. There is a desk area in the enclosed sun room for conduction laptop business as WiFi is located there. The WiFi reaches through out the property as well.
Studios: there are two fully furnished and appointed studio home units on this property as well. Each of those has a queen bed, private bathrooms, and studio style kitchenette with refrigerator, burners and sinks. Additionally there is a living/seating area as well as front porch with lounging furniture. These studio units are very private and are surrounded by lush landscapes and gardens.
Grounds: the grounds are lush with grassy areas filled with clover, jasmine, Japanese maples, roses and bamboo. There is a quiet fountain and meditation garden. There are several patio areas with outdoor seating, a natural gas barbecue, a 4-6 person jacuzzi and even an outdoor shower near the jacuzzi.
Scenery: this home is in the center of the amazing beauty of Sedona. Sedona sits in an amphitheater of cathedral red rocks unlike anywhere else in the world. It’s pretty magical. Sedona is surrounded by national forest, laced with miles of hiking trails and of course pristine Oak Creek that originates in nearby Oak Creek Canyon. The drive from Sedona through Oak Creek Canyon to Flagstaff (approximately 25 miles) is very scenic filled with trees and vegetation unlike that found in a high desert location. At the top of the “canyon” you are in forests of ponderosa pine. There are many national and state parks, monuments and ruins nearby as well including Tuzigoot National Monument, Montezuma Castle National Monument, Slide Rock State Park, Dead Horse Ranch State Park and Palatki Ruins (US Forest Service) to name just a few.
Location: Sedona is located about 110 miles north of phoenix and 25 miles south of Flagstaff. The elevation is ideal at 4,300 feet which creates a very temperate high desert climate. The area is most noted for the incredible natural scenery throughout the area. Oak Creek Canyon which lies between Sedona and Flagstaff goes from 7,000 feet in elevation down to 4,000 feet. Sedona is only 100 miles from the Grand Canyon which makes a day trip very easily done. There are lots of outdoor things to do, that include great hikes and drives.
